Start by requesting for a proposal. You can do so by clicking the link on the left of the page. This will give us a decent understanding of how many people you need to feed, location, date & time, and what your estimated budget person is. After that, it would be best for you to come in for a meeting with us.
The earlier the better. Certainly the caterer should be the first contacted when putting together an event. The caterer handles events all the time and can save you money on rentals, set ups, and venues. We find ourselves booked a year in advance on prime weekends. So get your event on our calendar with your booking fee as early as possible to insure you are going to have the finest Hawaiian Grown fusion cuisine.
If you have a theme or genre of food in mind we can fill in the blanks. We can show you other menus we have done and guide you from there. What your menu will be is also guided by the budget you have set for the event.
We customize every event to meet you requirements, once you have met with us and placed your booking fee to hold your date, we will begin to work on the final menus. Until a date is booked we will meet with you and offer ideas, but no menu is finalized until a date is booked.
Your event has specific requirements that affect the pricing. From staffing needs to decoration requirements, to food service methods and venue location requirements. It is impossible for us to cover every possible combination on the website so all budgets for pricing are discussed in your event meeting with us. Plus with the bill pumping techniques used by some of the utility caters we have found that when our clients compare they don't have the experience to detect the pitfalls of catering costs. Cost comparison requires comparing exact services, not pricing with services missing you will be billed for later by the bill pumping set.
We don't place arbitrary pricing on our site. To many times we have observed event organizers and brides taken down the path to event surprise. Where the quote another company offered did not include the full event expenses. We offer turn key events. No hidden charges for labor, no hidden charges for set up, no hidden charges for anything. Our contracts clearly spell out exactly what we are doing for you and how much it will cost. You won't find yourself facing the dreaded "site delivery and set up fee for a few thousand extra with us. The price in the contract is the price for the event. The listed items on the contract are what you will receive. While "add ons" are a recent trend in pumping a bill, we know an event is stressful enough without you blowing the budget you set. So we protect your budget with all inclusive performance contracts based on what you want to happen.
As premier caterer, we understand food better than anyone. If you come in and are not in our budget range, we know who cooks and who "heats up" foods. We want your event to be successful so we will point your toward a qualified caterer that can help you meet your quality standards and event requirements. It is in our best interest for you to have a good event. Eventually you will need us and the level of service we offer.
Yes. We will provide a certificate of insurance to any facility. Requests must be made at least 10 days before your event. This will give the insurance company the time need to produce the certificate to the facility. Any vendor who requests to be added as named "insured" for a particular event will be charged a fee.
